He was born in Jersey City to the late Nellie (nee Boyle) and Michael Considine. He was an Army veteran, past exalted ruler of Elks Lodge 2475 in Palisades Park and was employed as a photoengraving and production manager at Alexander Engraving, retiring in 1991.
Considine was predeceased by his wife, Helen (Gaffney).
He is survived by his children, Sean Considine and his wife Tara, Theresa Considine, Maureen Donegan and her husband J.J. and Jean Considine; grandchildren Dylan, Shane, Pierce, Aisling, Tristen, Brandon, Makenzie, Jackie, Killian, and Cody; and sibling Eileen Flanagan and her husband Martin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Considine's name to the Dumont Police Department, 50 Washington Ave., Dumont, NJ 07628.
